About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Sales Consultant – Automotive to join our team in Umhlanga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to grow key accounts and increase revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct thorough product knowledge and presentation to customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and promote our offerings.

Requirements

• Matric (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience within the automotive industry
• Proven background in customer service and territory sales management
• Solid understanding of the automotive or related industries
• Experience in managing and growing key accounts
• Valid driver’s licence is essential
