About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned crypto-native finance professional to join our client’s team as Director of Finance & Treasury. With a strong background in treasury management and leadership experience, you will oversee the organization’s financial operations, including digital asset accounting and financial governance. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance expert with a passion for blockchain-based finance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end treasury management across fiat & digital assets
Manage and mentor finance/treasury team members
Establish and refine treasury strategy, liquidity modelling, and risk frameworks
Oversee conversions, settlements, disbursements, and multi-currency flows
Ensure secure and compliant multisig operations with strong internal controls
Implement best practices for crypto accounting and financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors, custodians, OTC desks, and vendors
Present financial insights to leadership and support decision-making

Requirements

Experience working at a crypto-native company (non-negotiable)
4+ years crypto-focused treasury management experience
Proven managerial experience (team leadership, oversight of finance or treasury functions)
Hands-on experience with digital asset tools (Safe, Fireblocks, Coinbase Custody, etc.)
Experience managing OTC conversions, settlements, and multi-currency flows
Strong understanding of accounting for crypto transactions
Experience with crypto accounting tools such as Tres, Cryptio, Cryptoworth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive operational excellence
Experience managing external stakeholders (auditors, custodians, OTC desks, service providers)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP (if applicable)
