? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a distinguished international hospitality group to appoint a seasoned, French-speaking ???????? ?? ????? ????????? for the pre-opening of an internationally branded hotel in Benin. This executive leadership role will be critical in establishing and directing the Human Resources function from inception. The successful candidate will lead the full pre-opening HR strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational design, and policy development. With a strong emphasis on embedding brand culture and driving operational readiness, the Director of Human Resources will implement best-practice HR frameworks, ensure full compliance with local labour legislation, and cultivate a high-performance, engaged workforce aligned with international hospitality standards. Requirements 58+ years senior HR leadership experience within internationally branded hospitality Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field Proven pre-opening recruitment and hotel mobilisation experience essential Strong understanding of West African labour frameworks preferred Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive teams Culturally adaptable, strategic, and operationally hands-on Strategic thinker with strong execution capability High level of integrity and professionalism Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-driven Passionate about people development and organisational culture Fluency in both French and English (essential) ?????? ????
