About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled F&B Manager to join our team at Safari Plains, where you will be responsible for managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the Assistant RM and Resident Manager to ensure that our operations meet Company Standards and achieve optimum financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Assist the Assistant RM and Resident Manager in day-to-day operation of Safari Plains
- Monitor policies and procedures to ensure operations, financial controls, standards are being met
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
