About the Role
A luxury 5* Corporate Hotel with over 200 bedrooms and 4 food and beverage outlets, seeks to employ a competent, outgoing, enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience within a 4* or 5* Corporate Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute food and wine monthly evenings
- Proactively manage promotions and special days (e.g. Valentine’s Day / Mother’s Day)
- Maintain stable career record with reasonable length of stays within each property
Requirements
- Currently hold a Food and Beverage Management position within a 4/5* City Hotel
- Proactive experience in executing food and wine monthly evenings
- Good track record with regard to promotions and special days
- Stable career record
- Reasonable length of stays within each property
Qualifications
- Hospitality Management Diploma or similar
