Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Experience in a bookkeeping or finance clerk role Working knowledge of Pastel Accounts and Excel Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information Self-motivated with a proactive and responsible approach to work Key Responsibilities: Maintain SARS-compliant financial records using Pastel Accounts Invoicing and Debtors & Creditors management, including follow-ups Perform bank reconciliations Process payroll and agent commission calculations Prepare and submit VAT reconciliations Manage cash flow Handle purchase order management Conduct data analysis, including preparation of basic management accounts and KPI reports Act as the primary point of contact for all finance-related queries within the company Consultant: Rene Otte – Dante Personnel Greenstone
