About the Role
The Guest Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in championing and elevating the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring consistency of tone, warmth, and presence across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to lead a luxury hospitality collection and make a lasting impact on the lives of our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate key moments and protect brand rituals
- Maintain visible leadership presence in guest areas
- Coach and develop guest-facing teams to deliver intuitive, confident service
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, translating insights into service improvements
- Safeguard brand standards, tone of voice, and experiential consistency
- Balance guest delight with operational and commercial sustainability
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in luxury lodge or hotel environments
- Proven leadership within guest relations or guest experience management
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal presence
- Ability to lead through influence and collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
