About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Analytics in Johannesburg, where you will be responsible for leading our team and driving data-driven insights to inform business strategies. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, information systems, or statistics, we are looking for someone who can effectively lead teams, manage projects, and develop data architecture and data modelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
- Bcom degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Statistics
- Exposure to client strategies, complaints management, cost of service metrics
