About the Role
Our client, a growing boutique hospitality group operating two hotels and three restaurants across Cape Town and the West Coast, is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager. This multi-property role is ideal for a hands-on professional passionate about setting service standards, training teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards across all properties.
- Lead onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching for all hotel and restaurant teams.
- Conduct quality and service audits, and follow up on improvements.
- Step in operationally during staff leave, peak periods, or other operational gaps.
- Work closely with property and restaurant managers to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining consistent, high-quality guest service.

- Proven experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
- Strong focus on service standards, SOPs, and staff training
- Ability to manage and lead teams, both operationally and strategically
