About the Role
Country Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
- Oversee staff supervision and training
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
