Our client, a fast-growing global mobility and immigration specialist, is looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join their Cape Town team. This is not an admin role. This is a coordination, compliance, and case management role within the immigration space, where attention to detail can make or break an application.

About the Company

A respected player in Africas global mobility sector, the business specialises in seamless immigration and destination services, helping expatriates relocate successfully across South Africa and the African continent. They are entrepreneurial, ethical, growth-focused, and serious about excellence.

The Role

You will manage and coordinate immigration casework from start to finish, ensuring that applications are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.

You will:

Manage South African and African immigration casework
Coordinate visa and permit applications
Ensure accurate completion of all immigration documentation
Handle document control and submissions to VFS and DHA
Liaise directly with immigration authorities for updates, escalations, and clarifications
Maintain detailed records and filing systems
Assist with administrative immigration processes
Take ownership of your cases and manage deadlines independently

Strong, professional communication with immigration authorities is essential.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 3+ years experience in South African immigration
Solid understanding of DHA and VFS processes
Strong administrative and compliance background
Excellent drafting and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
High attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Strong time management and organisational ability
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Fully computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
English proficiency required (French advantageous)
Own transport preferred
