About the Role
The Information Co-Ordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow, service delivery, and team coordination
- Manage stock control, asset register updates, budgeting controls, and accurate allocation of purchases
- Plan, allocate, and supervise staff duties while managing attendance records and operational logistics
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety requirements, audits, and operational procedures
- Maintain strong client relationships and support achievement of operational targets through monitoring and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant diploma or degree in Operations, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in an operational co-ordination or supervisory role
- Experience within the agricultural sector is beneficial
- Experience with stock control, operational reporting, audits, compliance procedures, and health and safety systems
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Computer Literate
- Valid drivers license
