About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join a premier organization in Grand Bay, Mauritius. This role is central to the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of business information systems, ensuring that senior leadership has access to accurate, data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, consolidating both financial and non-financial data from multiple departments.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization, analyzing trends and variances against targets to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly management packs and board/committee reporting documents, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the enhancement of reporting processes and the effective utilization of business intelligence tools.
  • Assist in planning and implementing projects related to business systems, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the consistency and timeliness of all business information used for operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related reporting role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, complex formulas) and strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Advantageous: Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
