About the Role

The Skukuza Lodge Finance Administrator will be responsible for providing financial support to the lodge, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy of accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management
  • Maintain procurement systems and accounting software
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, and general accounting principles

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Bookkeeping or accounting certifications are advantageous
  • 3–5 years’ experience in finance administration or hospitality finance
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star lodge or hotel environment preferred
  • Experience with procurement systems and accounting software
