Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse historical payment behaviour and debtor data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop predictive models to forecast repayment behaviour and delinquency risk
  • Segment debtor accounts based on risk profiles and probability of repayment
  • Identify the optimal communication timing and channel for debtor engagement
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics including recovery rates and engagement levels
  • Analyse payment reports and transaction data to identify operational improvements
  • Monitor metrics such as authorization rates, chargebacks and transaction trends
  • Provide actionable insights to improve collections strategies and operational efficiency

Requirements
