About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Island Activities Manager to join our team on a small, exclusive private island located off the coast of Tanzania. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in paradise, curating exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious, 5-star boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a variety of land and marine-based guest activities, including diving, snorkelling, dolphin excursions, sandbank picnics, and fishing trips.
- Ensure every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and unforgettable.
- Be the face of adventure on the island, engaging with high-end international clientele.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience managing or guiding guest activities in a luxury lodge, resort, or private island setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in organising marine and island excursions (diving, snorkelling, fishing, dolphin and sandbank trips).
- Good experience in all water sports.
- Well-presented, articulate, and confident in engaging with high-end international clientele.
