This livein role requires an allrounder who can manage accommodation facilities housing over 160 guests, restaurant operations, and banqueting services, while ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth daytoday functioning across all departments. The successful candidate will report directly to the owners and act as the operational heartbeat of the property, providing strong leadership, sound decisionmaking, and a handson management approach.. Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with guests, staff, and stakeholders across the lodge and reserve. High emotional intelligence, allowing for effective management of personnel and sensitive guest situations with empathy and professionalism. Proven ability in HR practices, including workforce planning, staff training, performance management, and fostering team cohesion.
