About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager to join an ultra-luxury safari camp in Kenya, responsible for the day-to-day management of this exceptional remote operation. This pivotal leadership role requires a well-rounded hospitality professional to oversee all operational aspects of the lodge while ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

  • Take ownership of team performance, guest satisfaction, and overall operational flow
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in daily operations

  • Demonstrate strong sense of accountability and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in senior lodge management role within luxury safari environment
  • Proven ability to manage full lodge operations across front of house, housekeeping, Food & Beverage, guiding, and maintenance
  • Solid financial understanding including budgeting, stock control, and cost management

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management)

Salary & Benefits

  • USD 3 000 – USD 3 500 pm net plus benefits
