About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Operations Manager to join our Ultra-Luxury Safari Camp in Masai Mara. As a dynamic and hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the full operational, financial, and guest experience performance of the property. This standalone leadership role requires a strong on-the-ground presence, balancing high-level strategic oversight with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all departments, including Guest Experience, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Administration
- Act as custodian of the asset, ensuring world-class service delivery, strong commercial results, and seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintain exceptional service standards and achieve financial performance targets (P&L and GOP)
- Lead a diverse team, motivate, and develop staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Thrive in a remote, hands-on, and physically demanding environment
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in luxury hospitality
- At least 3 years in a senior management role (Camp Manager, Lodge Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar)
- Proven experience with full P&L responsibility and delivering GOP targets
- Previous safari lodge or remote property experience strongly preferred
