About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at an established lodge/timeshare property in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing infrastructure, facilities, equipment, fleet, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance management
- Manage the maintenance team and coordinate projects
- Supervise the fleet and arrange for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and firefighting procedures
- Lead firefighting crews in grass fire situations
- Maintain knowledge of high voltage power lines, transformers, and generators
- Understand principles of PV systems
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in maintenance management
- 3 years’ project management experience
- 2 years’ fleet management experience
- First Aid Level 3 certification
- Valid Driver’s License (PDP)
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and safety compliance
- Experience with firefighting, including crew leadership
