Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Management Couple Ultra Luxury Lodge- Sabi Sands Requirements A minimum of 3 years Senior Management experience or 5 years Lodge Management Experience (Luxury Lodges-Essential) Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc) Strong Food and Beverage background Pure passion for the guest experience Strong financial acumen Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel Professional and well groomed Drivers license essential Description A couple/candidate that is highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.) Guest focused philosophy Hosting responsibilities Must work accurately under pressure People skills tolerance, patience, and care To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates Package on offer R 60-70 000 pm (Depending on Experience) Onsite Accommodation Medical and Provident fund Regrettably not child/pet friendly Starting Date: January 2026
