About the Role
The Manager Retail Store is a key leadership position responsible for driving business performance and customer satisfaction across our retail stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare an annual budget and schedule expenditures to achieve financial objectives
- Maintain branch controls and analyse variances to maximise profitability
- Implement proper stock management through stock controls and reconciliations
- Lead a high-impact team and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints
- Develop consumer-facing content across various segments to publicise the company’s products & brands
Requirements
- National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Retail Operating Systems
- 4 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
- Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
