About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic / Branch Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily workshop and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop and branch operations
- Coordinate, support, and supervise mechanics and workshop staff
- Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Assist staff with technical and operational challenges
- Communicate with head office regarding reporting, planning, and operational requirements
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct
- Drive branch efficiency and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Red Seal qualification in diesel/mechanic trade
- 3 years of mechanical/technical experience (diesel/mechanic background advantageous)
- Basic auto-electrical knowledge
