About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic / Branch Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily workshop and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop and branch operations
  • Coordinate, support, and supervise mechanics and workshop staff
  • Allocate workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are achieved
  • Assist staff with technical and operational challenges
  • Communicate with head office regarding reporting, planning, and operational requirements
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct
  • Drive branch efficiency and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Red Seal qualification in diesel/mechanic trade
  • 3 years of mechanical/technical experience (diesel/mechanic background advantageous)
  • Basic auto-electrical knowledge
