Job Summary

Were looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our office humming, managing everything from schedules and records to travel arrangements and team support. Youll be central to our success, making a real impact every day. What You’ll Do: Keep the wheels turning with seamless office operations from scheduling to supplies. Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations like a pro. Be the friendly voice behind emails and phone inquiries , always ready to help. Coordinate meetings, track expenses, support HR processes, and more. Ensure all records digital and physical are tidy, accurate, and secure. Work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external contacts. What You Bring: At least 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role. Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Top-notch organization, time management , and multitasking skills. Great written and verbal communication you’re clear, professional, and friendly. A strong sense of confidentiality, accuracy, and initiative . High school diploma required; a degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with CRM systems or databases . A natural knack for problem-solving and decision-making . The ability to prioritize tasks with calm, can-do energy even on busy days.
