About the Role

Telebest is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand payroll compliance and quality control
  • Completion and submission of EMP201
  • Pull payroll function

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Payroll
  • 5 years + experience
  • Understanding of the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act)
  • NBCRFLI (National Bargaining Council for the Retail, Fast Food, Food Manufacturing and Related Industries) advantageous
