About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team in Carnarvon, Northern Cape. As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on employment law and labour relations
- Manage projects to improve HR processes and systems
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and innovation
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (NQF 7)
- 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist/business partner role
- Strong knowledge of HR Legislation, including LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, BBBEE
- Proven recruitment methodologies and HR Information Systems skills
- Ability to manage projects effectively
