Minimum
Requirements:
Degree in Metallurgy Possess in-depth knowledge of diamond processing plants, including Dense Medium Separation (DMS) and Recovery circuits 5 years DMS and Recovery or separation technology experience of which at least 3 years on senior management level Duties and responsibilities: Possess in-depth knowledge of diamond processing plants, including Dense Medium Separation (DMS) and Recovery circuits Implement the overall processing strategy to achieve operational objectives Ensure optimal utilization of the plant for maximum efficiency and output Support the development and execution of the production budget Drive human resources development through training, performance improvement, succession planning, and skills transfer Submit and motivate capital and strategic expenditure proposals to the Plant Manager Control and manage processing-related expenses effectively Monitor and manage production throughput to meet established targets Ensure all work instructions are developed, maintained, and executed according to operational and regulatory requirements Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory regulations Oversee process quality control to maintain product standards and consistency Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Security compliance throughout the plant Prepare, compile, and submit relevant operational and performance reports to the Plant Manager Maintain discipline within the workplace by managing attendance, punctuality, overtime, and misconduct issues Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients Promote a positive and productive workplace climate Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and security standards at all times Consultant: Jessie Gomes – Dante Personnel Greenstone
