About the Role

HotelJobs, a software company providing all-in-one property management solutions to the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team in Claremont & Hout Bay. If you have a passion for connecting with people and understanding their needs, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and leads that fit our ideal client profile, ensuring you focus on opportunities where we can make the biggest impact.
Reach out via calls and emails to guide prospects through their options, showing them the value in a clear, client-focused way.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and priorities, helping them feel understood and supported.
Keep all interactions and notes up to date in CRM, making sure the client journey is seamless and transparent.
Present products and benefits consultatively, helping clients make the right choices for their business.
Build trust and strong relationships, positioning the company as a partner.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover, making clients feel confident and in control from start to finish.

Requirements

Grade 12
At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry with a focus on helping clients succeed.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and simply.
Friendly; professional, and confident approach that prioritises client needs.
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts while keeping the client journey seamless.

Grade 12
