About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a rapidly scaling international technology business to recruit multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads
- Qualify inbound leads and route them effectively to senior sales team members
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Understand customer pain points and align them with product benefits
- Schedule discovery calls and ensure smooth handovers
- Maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach KPIs and call targets
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to improve outbound campaigns
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, or outbound cold calling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with high resilience and drive
- Strong research and organisational skills
- Confident, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
