Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a SHEQ role.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (advantage)
- Experience in Safety File compilation, management of contractors onsite & managing diverse team (mandatory).
- Proven track record in supervising teams (cleaners, security, and quality inspectors).
- Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining SHEQ systems and achieving compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of OHS Act, NEMA, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Strong leadership, planning, and supervisory abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail.
- Computer literate (MS Office, SHEQ management systems).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
