Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
General:

  • Complete daily and weekly planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Apply raw materials effectively and according to company standards.
  • Provide feedback on tools, processes, or resources needed for optimal performance.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and high-quality standards.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Maintain a professional image and foster strong team relationships.

 
Site Management:

  • Ensure the correct products are used for each task and maintain a safe, clean, and organized site.
  • Monitor quality of work and materials; provide feedback to the team and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections, final walkthroughs, and maintain high standards in driving, safety, and site management.
  • Report potential safety hazards immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tools, vehicles, and the overall site environment.

 
Teamwork & Leadership:

  • Actively participate in team meetings and support colleagues.
  • Be punctual, self-motivated, and lead by example.
  • Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Motivate and guide your team while adhering to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

 
Training & Development:

  • Attend all relevant workshops and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Maintain competence in safety (OHASA), planning, application techniques, loss control, admin processes, and life skills.

 
Application & Time Management:

  • Maximise productivity while minimising waste and costs.
  • Communicate delays promptly to allow for immediate corrective action.
  • Control stock usage efficiently.

 
 
Operations & Equipment:

  • Follow service and maintenance plans for all application equipment.
  • Use consumables judiciously and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain staff attendance records accurately.

 
Health & Safety (OHASA):

  • Comply with all Health & Safety rules and ensure safe work practices.
  • Conduct daily site safety checks and adhere to all manual guidelines.
  • Non-compliance with Health & Safety standards will result in immediate dismissal.
