About the Role
As a Site Manager at Greys Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly planning to ensure smooth operations on our construction sites. You will apply raw materials effectively, provide feedback on tools and processes, and uphold company policies and high-quality standards.

- Maintain a professional image and foster strong team relationships.
- Ensure the correct products are used for each task and maintain a safe, clean, and organized site.
- Monitor quality of work and materials; provide feedback to the team and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections, final walkthroughs, and maintain high standards in driving, safety, and site management.
- Report potential safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, vehicles, and the overall site environment.
- Actively participate in team meetings and support colleagues.
- Be punctual, self-motivated, and lead by example.
- Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Motivate and guide your team while adhering to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Attend all relevant workshops and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Maintain competence in safety (OHASA), planning, application techniques, loss control, admin processes, and life skills.
- Maximise productivity while minimising waste and costs.
- Communicate delays promptly to allow for immediate corrective action.
- Control stock usage efficiently.
- Follow service and maintenance plans for all application equipment.
- Use consumables judiciously and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain staff attendance records accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site supervision or application work (waterproofing, painting, or related fields).
- Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional in appearance.
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, a valid driver’s license is essential for the position.
