About the Role
We are partnering with a luxury safari lodge in the Masai Mara to recruit an exceptional Spa & Wellness Executive. This position is only open to Kenyan Nationals, and we invite passionate and hands-on spa professionals to take full ownership of a bespoke wellness facility set within one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled therapists
- Develop innovative treatment menus
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and service
- Drive guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory and budgets
- Collaborate with the wider team on wellness promotions and campaigns
- Personally deliver a range of treatments to ensure every guest interaction reflects the luxury standard
Requirements
- A recognised professional qualification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or SAAHSP certification is essential
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Spa Management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or safari lodge environment
- Proven track record of recruiting, training, and leading a team of spa therapists and support staff, including scheduling and performance management

Salary & Benefits
- Ksh 250,000 to 300,000 gross per month
