About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trails Guide to join our professional multi-lodge team at a leading Luxury 5-Star Safari Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve, North West Province. As a safety-focused and knowledgeable guide with a passion for conservation, storytelling, and providing guests with unforgettable walking and wildlife encounters, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, educational bush experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guided walks and wildlife encounters for guests
  • Develop and deliver educational bush experiences
  • Maintain a professional, confident, and safety-driven approach to guiding
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and informative manner
  • Participate in conservation efforts and promote the lodge’s commitment to sustainability

Requirements

  • Relevant Trails Guide qualifications up to date
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience at luxury 5★ lodges
  • Excellent knowledge of local flora, fauna & conservation principles
  • Strong guest-interaction and storytelling skills
