About the Role
Morgan Group is seeking an Energetic and sales-driven individual to join our team as a New Vehicle Sales Executive in Standerton. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for driving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets while operating in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for potential customers.
- Follow up on all leads until the deal has been finalized.
- Pre-qualify all customers.
- Gather customers’ documentation and submit file to F&I office for finance application and further upselling.
- Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, including where necessary that all accessories are fitted.
- Deliver vehicle to customer.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction on purchase.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing (advantageous)
- Minimum of 3-5 years new vehicle sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Target-driven
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literate
- Team player
