You will be responsible for telling our brand story through high-quality video and photography. Your goal is to showcase our products and the people who use them across Africa, creating visual content that engages our community and grows our presence on social media. Content Creation & Production Conceptualise, develop and edit high-quality video and photography content for social media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). Plan and execute on-location shoots across multiple African countries. Capture authentic, culturally relevant content tailored to different markets using local insights from our in-country teams on the ground. Ensure all content aligns with Unifi Africas visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines. End-to-end content ownership Manage the full production cycle from ideation to final delivery and publishing. Prepare content for multiple formats and platforms (reels, stories, short-form video, stills, etc.). Write basic captions, post copy, and content descriptions where required. Schedule and publish content across social platforms using approved tools and workflows. Maintain a consistent content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns. Performance and optimisation Monitor and analyse content performance across platforms (reach, engagement, watch time, conversions where applicable). Identify trends and insights to refine creative output and improve performance. Continuously test and adapt content formats based on data and platform evolution. Collaboration and campaign alignment Work closely with in-country marketing teams to align content with upcoming campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes. Translate strategic marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling. Note: community management is handled in-country. Requirements 68 years of professional experience creating social media and video content for brands. Proven experience working across various African markets. Expert-level ability to film and edit content independently. A strong understanding of current social media trends and how to adapt them for different formats. Must be willing and able to travel regularly to different African countries. A detail-orientated professional who is comfortable working independently and enjoys exploring new environments.
