About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trade Support to coordinate and support fruit export sales activities, providing administrative support to our Commercial Managers in Stellenbosch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities as per the sales plan
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Managers
  • Create and administer COS between the company and clients
  • Update shipping schedule, LoadBuilder, and exchange information/document with stakeholders/clients
  • Allocate stock according to availability in line with clients’ weekly demand/purchase
  • Finalise sales with Commercial Managers
  • Monitor stock and age of pallets
  • Assist other departments with data capturing during off-peak season
  • General administration associated with the position

Requirements

Commercial qualification required, preferably B.Comm in Marketing or Logistics Management. 3-5 years of experience in citrus or fruit export industry. Experience in PR3 will be an added advantage.
