Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a multi year application roadmap aligned to business strategy Oversee solution architecture and integration across enterprise systems and operational technology Manage the full application portfolio, including vendors, licensing and lifecycle governance Drive digital transformation initiatives from concept through to deployment Ensure governance, risk management and compliance across all application environments Own budget planning, cost optimisation and financial performance of the application function Lead and develop teams while managing stakeholder engagement at executive level Job Experience and Skills Required: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering Postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL or Agile will be advantageous Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in software engineering or application management At least 5 years in architecture or leadership roles within enterprise environments Proven experience managing application portfolios and large technology budgets Strong background in system integration across ERP platforms and operational systems Experience working in regulated or complex industries such as healthcare, manufacturing or mining is beneficial Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and application lifecycle management Knowledge of ERP ecosystems, cloud platforms, data environments and service management tools Ability to lead transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business value Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills Apply Now!
