About the Role

Our client is delivering a large-scale apartment block development within a 25-hectare secure mixed-use estate in the historic Stellenbosch region, Western Cape. The development blends Old Cape and European architectural influences, incorporating residential, commercial, and retail components. Positioned near the R301, approximately 35 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, the Estate offers scenic Winelands living with mountain views, integrated green spaces, lifestyle amenities, and proximity to vineyards and key infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for site execution, coordination, and supervision
• Programme management and subcontractor control
• Quality assurance, compliance, and reporting
• Health & Safety enforcement in line with statutory requirements
• Liaison with consultants, engineers, and professional teams
• Cost awareness and practical problem-solving on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent / Senior Site Agent
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments
• Ability to run a site independently and lead teams effectively
• Sound understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• Western Cape experience highly advantageous (not specified)
