About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a vibrant and guest-focused Front of House Assistant / Anchor for a luxury safari camp in the Vaalwater area. This live-in position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a world-class hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs
- Acting as the main point of contact for guest requests and daily schedules
- Supporting front-of-house operations, including dining service and guest activities
- Liaising with guiding, housekeeping, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assisting with guest communication, itineraries, and special requests
- Maintaining high service standards and attention to detail at all times
- Assisting with administrative and operational duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented, professional, and highly guest-focused
