About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Management Couple to oversee the full operational, administrative, and guestfacing functions of our exclusive safari property in Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, Limpopo. As a luxury game lodge, we offer a unique opportunity for a mature, professional couple with strong hospitality management experience to deliver seamless lodge operations in a remote bush environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handson leadership of the lodge’s operational functions
Management of full scope of lodge operations
Strong lodge administration skills, including operational, HR, and financial management
Maintenance of processes, systems, and procedures
Excellent hosting abilities with guest engagement
Reporting, recordkeeping, and operational communication

Requirements

Proven experience managing the operations of a small luxury lodge
Strong lodge administration skills
Ability to work independently and manage full scope of lodge operations
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Confident in reporting, recordkeeping, and operational communication
Strong hosting abilities
A guiding qualification is advantageous
