About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Hluhluwe. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily takings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presents a professional image

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ reception or front office experience
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience advantageous
  • Must be fluent in both English and French
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and reservation/booking systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
