About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Hluhluwe. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily takings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presents a professional image
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 2–3 years’ reception or front office experience
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience advantageous
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and reservation/booking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
