About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Logistics and Admin Coordinator to join our team in Vereeniging. With a minimum of 25 years of experience in logistics and/or administrative roles, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock submissions, stock counts, and stock reporting
- Investigate and report discrepancies
- Request, compare, and source quotations from suppliers and service providers
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience with stock management and reporting
- Demonstrated analytical skills for investigating and resolving discrepancies
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
