About the Role

Network Finance, a retail sector organisation with over 30 years of experience and almost 50 stores nationwide, is seeking a Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to join their finance team as an Assistant Finance Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to transition from audit into a commercially focused role within a fast-paced retail environment with exposure to retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end, year-end, and management reporting, ensuring accurate financial records
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements
Oversee inventory, creditors, debtors, and intercompany accounting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
Support audits and liaise with external auditors
Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies
Provide financial input on business projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) that is already registered with SAICA
SAICA articles completed
