ABOUT THE ROLE Nurture Health is seeking a compassionate and committed Care Worker to join our team at the Nurture Mossel Bay physical rehabilitation facility, reporting directly to the Nursing Manager. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey. You will assist with daily care activities, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient well-being and dignity. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING Care Worker Certificate (essential) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a physical rehabilitation setting KEY COMPETENCIES Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Sound judgement and decision-making skills Commitment to patient safety and quality care Proactive and self-motivated approach Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and workload MINIMUM SALARY : R5 902.21 Cost to Company (inclusive of benefits) WHO WERE LOOKING FOR (PERSONAL QUALITIES): Clarity and Accountability: Must thrive within an environment that demands role clarity, responsibility, and measurable results.
