Job Description
Creating project plans based on key projects and strategic goals, allocating appropriate project resources and tracking project progress
Coordinating cross-functional, remote teams and fostering a culture of global collaboration and alignment
Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating project progress, challenges and milestones to key stakeholders
Identifying, assessing and managing risks that may act as blockers to project success
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand and Creative to facilitate the execution of the brand and marketing strategies
Assisting the global marketing team to manage the global marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently
Develop and implement tools to monitor, measure and optimize marketing performance globally
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Experience: 5 – 10 years in marketing and / or creative project management, preferably within a creative or marketing agency, sporting products company or a fashion brand
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the creative production process, marketing principles, and social media calendars
Creative Fluency: Must clearly understand the creative process to provide meaningful guidance and realistic timelines
Adaptability: The ability to pivot plans due to changing market conditions or delayed asset delivery
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or IT; or a PMP or CAPM certification is essential
