Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth service delivery across multiple hospitality sites. Key Responsibilities: Book and schedule staff for shifts Issue employment contracts and ensure compliance Capture and manage staff timesheets accurately Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy Communicate effectively with clients and management Supervise staff across more than one site when required Ensure high standards of service and professionalism at all times Minimum Requirements: Proven hospitality industry background (essential) Matric certificate Own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable) Ability to work shifts , including weekends and public holidays Strong administrative, communication, and people-management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
