- Play a key role in ensuring high-quality, reliable software through thorough testing
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, document, and resolve issues
- Work with customers to understand needs and create effective test cases
- Gain exposure to diverse technologies (mobile apps, GIS, networks, payments) while impacting connectivity across Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive software and UI testing
- Translate requirements into test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
- Test for scalability, robustness, and maintainability
- Identify usability issues and UI/UX flaws
- Detect functional defects and business rule deviations
- Collaborate with developers using SDLC tools and QA systems
- Assist with build, merge, and release processes
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant degree or 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Open-minded approach with the ability to adapt and learn
