About the Role

We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as a strong understanding of automotive sales performance, stock levels, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new vehicle sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct daily sales calls and meetings with customers and dealerships
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, stock levels, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in a New Vehicle Sales Manager capacity within the Automotive Industry
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets
  • Strong working knowledge of Automotive Sales performance, Stock levels and Marketing activities

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary R 25 000 to R 35 000 based on experience. Incentives and benefits including Company Vehicle Fuel (Note: Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
