Were looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administrator to be the welcoming face of our company and provide vital administrative support to our team. Front Desk & Customer Service Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers. Greet and assist guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner. Answer, screen, and forward calls to the relevant departments (Connect, Direct, Energy, etc., in both English and Afrikaans). Handle general enquiries and provide basic company and product information. Maintain a neat, organised, and professional reception area at all times. Administrative Support Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Assist with scheduling meetings, booking boardrooms, and preparing meeting spaces. Maintain office and grocery supplies, placing and coordinating orders as needed. Support management with filing, scanning, and document preparation. Assist with porting applications and Telkom cancellations. Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations. Client & Internal Coordination Log all client queries and calls into the companys ticketing system, ensuring accurate details and proper routing to the relevant department for resolution. Provide administrative assistance to the sales and operations teams as needed. Assist with internal communications, staff notices, and company announcements. Operational & Company Support Support management with onboarding arrangements, including manuals, workspace setup, and office stationery. Assist the Marketing Manager with organising company events, meetings, and staff functions. Ensure office equipment and systems are properly maintained and report any issues promptly. Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant administrative qualification advantageous. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar receptionist or admin role. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
