Job Description
Respond to every new sign-up within 5 minutes and guide clients through KYC completion, First-Time Deposit (FTD), and First-Time Trade (FTT) activation.
Follow up on incomplete KYC, abandoned deposits, and failed transactions with personalized, compliant support.
Deliver hands-on onboarding and platform guidance (no financial advice) using pre-approved scripts and materials.
Provide white-glove service to high-value clients (deposit potential > ZAR 50,000).
Execute outbound prospecting, dormant account reactivation, cross-selling across our four brokerages, and referral generation.
Maintain 80–120 daily contacts (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn) while logging every interaction in real time in the CRM.
Identify educational content gaps and submit ideas to support marketing campaigns.
Attend daily huddles, weekly training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (financial services, forex, or call-centre experience is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English (additional South African languages are a plus).
Strong understanding of FSCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Proven ability to work with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business API, and VoIP diallers.
Highly organised, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.
Passion for forex trading and helping clients succeed (without ever giving advice).
